What you’ll do
As Social Media and Content Executive, you’ll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests.
- You will be responsible for managing social media activities for The Dorchester, Coworth Park & 45 Park Lane to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- Implement Dorchester Collection social media strategy, creating engaging and relevant content for social media channels
- Work with brand marketing team on content creation and ensure alignment with the paid social activity overseen by the Digital team
- Attend and manage content shoots working with the hotel operations team to ensure a smooth delivery
- Attend hotel events to capture and edit relevant content. Ability to shoot on camera and iPhone
- Brand guardian of the visual aesthetic of all social media channels, curating a look and feel appropriate and aligned with Dorchester Collection’s wider visual strategy
- Management of regular posting on The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park channels
- Write creative, engaging and accurate social copy, captions that are aligned to our brand tone of voice

What you’ll bring

- Previous experience as a Social Media and Content Executive, preferably in a luxury hotel
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience managing high profile social media channels
- Comfortable presenting ideas and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail
- An eye for a pleasing aesthetic across social
- Previous experience with reporting platforms
- Good working knowledge of Lightroom a bonus, image resizing and uploading
- Highly organised, and able to thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
