We’re hiring energetic Food Runners who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment to joinour front of house team!
This vibrant venue offers exceptional dining and drinking experiences to our guests, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in serving high quality food and beverages, while delivering outstanding customer service.
There's a pub on the ground floor, a restaurant on the second floor, and an intimate dining space on the top floor. The kitchen will serve pub classics on all floors.
- Salary - £12.71 per hour + Service charge (Earn up to £17 per hour)

What you'llbe doing as a Runner:
- Collect prepared food items from the kitchen and deliver them to theappropriate tablesor designated areas promptly and accurately
- Verify accuracy of orders, ensuring that all dishes match the corresponding table numbers or descriptions
- Assistin setting up and clearing tables before and after service, ensuring cleanliness and proper tableware arrangement
- Collaborative teamwork, Workclosely with the team to provide friendly and professional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and inquiries
About you, our new Runner:
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
- Flexible approach to work.
Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable.
