Petersham Nurseries Café is seeking a pastry and bakery-focused team member to run the day-to-day operation of the Restaurant Pastry section and Teahouse cakes and Afternoon Tea area. You will support the Sous Chef with basic management tasks and help deliver seasonal desserts in keeping with the Petersham brand.
The role involves planning workloads, forecasting production, stock control, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation across the pastry and teahouse offerings.
