Thatcher’s Hotel is a charming Tudor style property set inthe heart of the glorious Surrey countryside. There are 87 guest rooms intotal, including double, twin, family and interconnecting rooms. For extracomfort and convenience, Thatcher’s also offers guests the use of free onsiteparking, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. With its high-techfacilities and ample parking, Thatcher’s Hotel a great place to do business.Thatcher’s boasts six meeting rooms in total, all equipped with complimentaryWi-Fi, screening and I.T solutions.

Just under an hour away from London and lying between Guildford andLeatherhead, in the village of East Horsley, Thatcher’s Hotel is the perfectcity escape. We are perfectly positioned to explore the many local attractionsin the surrounding area.

We are looking for an enthusiasticCDP Chefthathas a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation andquality service;

Your CDP responsibilities include:

• Assist in the creation, cooking and presentationof the menu items- running your section when fully trained and confident
• Supporting more senior Chefs in brigade- Sous/Head Chef- Working as team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner
• To carry out the smooth and efficient running ofyour section- great food, every time!
• Following Food Safety, and Health & Hygieneregulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section
• Assisting with breakfast and pastry when required
