Cocktail Bartender – The Huntsman, Brockenhurst
We're looking for a skilled, energetic and passionate Cocktail Bartender to help launch an exciting new cocktail bar at The Huntsman in Brockenhurst.
You'll be confident creating consistently brilliant classic and signature cocktails, enjoy engaging with guests, and bring ideas, personality and a real sense of theatre to the bar. This is a fantastic opportunity.
You'll need:
- Strong cocktail knowledge, including classic recipes, measures, garnish and presentation
- Experience working in a busy, quality-led bar
- A great personality and confidence speaking
- High standards of cleanliness, organization and stock control
- The ability to train and inspire the wider bar team
- A genuine interest in new seasonal serves and drinks trends
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and key events
