As the Sous Chef at Rockwater, you will play an important role in our kitchen management team. You will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality, food safety standards, health and safety standards and tight cost controls.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 1 years experience as a Sous Chef in a premium high volume venue.
- Experienced in managing large teams.
