What you’ll be doing
- Preparingfresh, high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
- Supportingand mentoring junior chefs
- Maintaininghigh standards of hygiene, organisation, and safety
- Workingclosely with front of house to deliver great guest experiences

- Experienceas a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
- Passionfor food and pride in your work
- Calmunder pressure with a positive attitude
- Ateam player who supports others
