Working with the CEO, SLT and department heads, you will design and implement a group-wide learning and development strategy and build a culture of support, opportunity and wellbeing.
This hands-on role balances employee experience with commercial discipline, policy development, communications and measurable productivity, across Lane7 venues and brands.
