Saltrock is seeking a fun, energetic Store Manager to lead our coastal lifestyle brand in-store. This 40-hour role requires prior retail experience, high visual merchandising standards, and a capability to motivate a team, deliver excellent customer service and hit sales targets.
You will ensure the store is visually compelling and product is merchandised to its full potential. As a Saltrock ambassador, you will monitor stock, train staff, and maintain standards across operations.
