Your Role
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes every time.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Design seasonal menus that celebrate authentic Flavors.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for smooth operations.
- Mentor and develop staff to foster a positive, professional culture.
- Collaborate with management to uphold our reputation for excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Expertise in British cuisine and a passion for innovation.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety practices.
- Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus.
