Completed in 2020 the new build is in the style of a traditional Hampshire farmhouse - treating guests to great food and drink in a wonderfully relaxed setting. Dog friendly, as every great pub should be, the Holly Blue occupies a commanding position at the gateway to a growing new community.
We’re growing our Front of House team and are looking for enthusiastic Bar & Waiting staff to join us for the season and maybe beyond. Whether you're seeking full or part time work, we offer flexible hours that fit around your life.

Experience in bar or waiting roles— especially in a busy food‑led environment is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
