Job Overview

As a Sous Chef at the Bell, you will be passionate about serving great food, training great people, and leaving a smile on our guests' faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team works together as one and will step up to lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing chefs and the wider kitchen team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
