We are looking for a full time Restaurant Supervisor with previous experience as a restaurant supervisor, an outgoing and confident personality, and the ability to sell a high quality, luxury product. Good knowledge of F&B Operations and a collaborative approach to leading a team are essential. This position reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Location: London, Kensington

Employment type: Full-time

Working pattern: shift work 5 days on and 2 days off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead restaurant staff, providing training and ensuring high service standards are met.
  • Ensure exceptional service quality by addressing guest needs, managing complaints, and maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, timely order fulfillment, and effective coordination between front and back of house.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reorder supplies, and ensure minimal waste.
  • Ensure the restaurant adheres to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, providing a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.
