Responsibilities
- Support the Kitchen Manager in managing and developing the kitchen team and products.
- Train and support crew, ensuring food quality and consistency.
- Assist with all kitchen operations: prep, frying, broth control, filling bao buns, and preparing ramen bowls.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Help keep the kitchen running efficiently under pressure.
Qualifications
- Experience in a kitchen setting and junior management experience.
- Positive attitude, high standards, passion, and enthusiasm for quality food.
- Strong communication and team-leading skills.
- Ability to train others and provide constructive feedback.
