The role of Kitchen Porter involves supporting the kitchen team, ensuring cleanliness is maintained to a high standard to facilitate the work of our chefs. As an integral part of the Rockfish kitchen team, you will have a flexible approach to working hours and be able to support the business during its busiest times. Many of our summer Kitchen Porters return to work for us season after season, making this a great role to fit around your studies.
In return for your hard work, you will receive a fair share of all tronc and gratuities, which can be up to an extra £2-3 per hour!
