We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at The Lion, Boreham. This is a fulltime position (48 hours per week) which will include working a five day out of seven schedule, with a variety of shifts across the week. You will need to have experience of working in a high volume, fresh food kitchen, enjoy being part of a busy team and be comfortable with 5 star food hygiene standards.
