Restaurant Supervisor.

We are looking for someone with previous experience as restaurant supervisor with an outgoing and confident personality.

Someone who excels at selling a high quality, luxury product with good knowledge of F&B Operations and has a collaborative approach to leading a team.

This position reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Working pattern: shift work 5 days on and 2 days off

The Milestone Hotel and Residences part of the Red Carnation Hotels, is a beautiful five star hotel located opposite Kensington Palace Gardens and close to The Royal Albert Hall.

This property has 43 individually designed bedrooms, 13 luxury suites and 6 long-stay apartments, a classic lounge area for Afternoon Tea, a modern Stables Bar and a 2 Rosettes restaurant, named Cheneston's.

Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Supervisor

  • Supervise and lead restaurant staff, providing training and ensuring high service standards are met.
  • Ensure exceptional service quality by addressing guest needs, managing complaints, and maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, timely order fulfillment, and effective coordination between front and back of house.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reorder supplies, and ensure minimal waste.
  • Ensure the restaurant adheres to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, providing a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.

  • The ability to lead, motivate, and train a team effectively, ensuring high levels of service and collaboration among staff.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences, with the ability to handle guest complaints or special requests professionally.
