The role of a Counter Supervisor:
- Support senior management with leading the front of houseteam, undertaking specific responsibilities for a smooth running of the shift.
- Monitor and uphold the highest standards of presentation andservice, also handling guests’ complaints and queries.
- Train, develop and supervise team members to ensure acohesive and efficient team.
