HARP has a clear pathway for career progression, from Support Worker to Team Leader. Many of our staff have lived experience or started by volunteering with HARP. About The Role
As our Tenancy Engagement Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting vulnerable residents in maintaining their bedspace by providing practical assistance, advice, and engagement around financial support including rent and service charge payments. This will include visiting services and providing face-to-face support as well as:
- Monitoring rent and service charge accounts, identifying early signs of arrears.
- Contacting tenants promptly to discuss arrears and agree on manageable repayment plans.
- Supporting tenants in accessing welfare benefits, grants, and budgeting advice.
- Liaising with finance teams to ensure accurate billing and records.
