Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Cook guests\’ orders according to their preferences
• Expert at grilling steaks to perfection
• Follow food safety best practices and ensure all kitchen staff do the same
• Work safely around knives and high-temperature surfaces
• Innovate and create new specialties to attract diners
• Coach other chefs and kitchen staff to perform at their best
• Stay updated on cooking trends to enhance guest experience
• Work efficiently during busy periods
• Assist with cleaning and other duties when needed
• Follow directions and collaborate with the restaurant\’s administrative team

Recently, we launched Harper’s Steakhouse, a new premium American Steakhouse brand.
