What you'll be doing

Working alongside the General Manager, you'll help lead the pub and make sure everything runs brilliantly. You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating and developing the FOH team
  • Driving sales, profit and operational performance
  • Delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Managing budgets, labour controls and forecasting
  • Maintaining our high standards across people, operations, H&S and property
  • Supporting training and development across the team
  • Solving problems quickly and confidently when things get busy

What we're looking for

You’ll have:

  • Previous experience in a Deputy Manager or similar hospitality role
  • A proven track record of leading successful teams
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness
  • Experience with budgets, labour controls and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • The ability to stay calm, think fast and lead from the front
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and making guests feel welcome
  • Right to Work in the UK
