We are looking for an experienced and talented Breakfast Chef to join our fantastic business.

Breakfast Chef Requirements
- The ability to work well independently and multi-task.
- Experience in a similar role or a keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.
- The ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressured environment.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends as per business needs.
- Be a strong Chef, with the ability to train, Coach and develop junior chefs
- At least 1 year experience as a Chef
- Great communication skills
- Right to Work in the UK
- Excellent culinary and presentation skills
Breakfast Chef Responsibilities
- Preparing and plating up breakfast dishes in an efficient manner and using the menu specs provided.
- Preparing ingredients for senior chefs, ensuring great attention to detail for the menu specs provided.
- Working to a high standard to ensure customers receive the best quality food.
- Complying with all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Cooks guests' orders according to their preferences.
- Employs food safety best practices and makes sure that all kitchen staff members do the same.
- Acts with appropriate caution in a dangerous environment where there are knives and high-temperature surfaces.
- Coaches other chefs and other members of the kitchen staff, so they perform at their best.
- Takes direction and works with the restaurant's administrative team.
