Harper James is a growing, ambitious commercial law firm like no other. We are expanding our commercial team and have exciting opportunities for Senior Commercial Solicitors with 10+ years PQE to join us. The workload is varied, supporting businesses of different sizes across various sectors.

We offer truly remote working with access to meeting spaces in various cities. Our setup allows people to work from wherever they want, providing the flexibility needed for any reason.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 10 years PQE
- General commercial experience, particularly in:
- Goods and services agreements incl. terms of business
- Distribution agreements
- Agency agreements
- Introducer/referral agreements
- Terms for online sales of goods and/or services
- Website terms
- Software licences and EULAs
- Software development/support agreements
- SaaS agreements and terms
