We are looking for a contentious IP solicitor (5 years plus PQE) to join our team of talented professionals and make a meaningful impact in the field of IP.

What does the ideal candidate look like?
This opportunity is suited to an experienced IP Solicitor with a broad range of experience in contentious IP matters. We are looking for a team player who is proactive and commercial in their approach. You will play a critical part in representing our clients in IP disputes and have a strong background in contentious IP, excellent advocacy skills, and a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients. Ideally, you will have experienced a variety of forms of dispute resolution.
What you will do
You will work on a broad range of contentious IP matters, from straightforward cease and desist demands to complex patent litigation, and on devising and executing IP strategies outside the context of specific disputes and transactions. Your client base will range from cutting-edge SMEs, medium-sized enterprises and larger businesses across multiple industry sectors.
