We are delighted to announce the expansion of our national team with the appointment of Ashley Mott, who joins our growing team and will operate from the firm’s Sheffield headquarters. He will assist Toby Harper, our founder and CEO, and the wider management team in the running of the head office and the firm more generally.
Ashley is a very experienced and sought-after litigator, bringing with him 30 years’ experience handling UK-based and international business disputes. He is also an accredited mediator and arbitrator. Prior to taking on the role at Harper James, Ashley spent 28 years at DLA Piper, one of the world’s biggest law firms, 22 of which he served as a Partner.
The latest appointment is part of a recent set of appointments here at Harper James, founded in 2014 and today made up of more than 40 partners, solicitors, and support staff.
