We are looking for an organised and proactive Technical Administrator to support our development and technical teams in managing project information and ensuring accurate documentation across our developments. This role will play a key part in maintaining our drawing management systems, supporting digital project information, and ensuring all teams are working from the latest drawings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s drawing issue system using Procore, ensuring all project drawings and documentation are uploaded, correctly versioned and annotated consistently with the standard numbering system, and accessible to relevant team members.
  • Ensure the system remains up to date, with the latest approved drawings available for internal teams and site operations.
  • Support the transition of development information into our digital customer platform, Plot Log and App, so developments can be accessed electronically by potential and new customers.
  • Monitor development trackers and liaise with internal team members to ensure actions and tasks are completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Proactively follow up with relevant departments to ensure project documentation and information are submitted when required.
  • Develop and oversee the transition of Pre-Development Trackers onto Procore, and thereafter regularly review and update.
  • Produce and maintain a weekly report highlighting any date slippage or potential risk to forecast dates, seeking authority from the MD before implementing date changes.

Technical Support

  • Provide occasional support with the preparation of drawings, plans, and development information.
  • Assist with the production of sales layouts, production drawings, and technical details when required.
  • Work with the team to ensure drawings and development information are accurate and clearly presented.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience using Procore or similar project/document management software is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with multiple team members and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Comfortable managing and maintaining digital documentation systems.
