Harper provides an effortless and personal premium at-home shopping experience, acting as brand ambassadors for our partners. We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to become a valued member of our operations team. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our appointments run smoothly by leading our operations hub in North West London and handling items related to our partner brands.

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for smooth goods receipt process, focusing on accuracy and speed
  • Flawless preparation of appointment orders within giving timeframe
  • Improving cross docking efficiency and accuracy
  • Processing returns for our partner brands within agreed SLA’s
  • Monitor and improve error logs
  • Implement processes and structure optimising our space and equipment
  • Actively improve allocation of stock timeframes
  • Conduct regular stock checks to ensure we are maintaining optimal inventory levels
  • Promote and execute efficiencies in all aspects of the warehouse, enabling seamless scalability
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the warehouse and health and safety measures are adhered to

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • 2 years warehouse experience
  • A hands‑on, proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving work‑flows and responsibilities
  • A customer‑centric mindset with a "can do" attitude to deliver exceptional service
  • Proficiency in using tech‑based solutions and quick adaptability to new systems and processes
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Must be able to lift up to 20kg
  • Experience working in eCommerce with strong knowledge of the platforms and industry
  • Fleet management experience a plus
