Join Harper Water Management Group. Harper Water Management Group is an independent consultancy providing specialist advice and technical support for the safe management and use of water and wastewater systems across healthcare and non-healthcare sectors.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Administrator to become a key member of our team. You'll help keep our business running smoothly while supporting consultants, coordinating projects and improving the systems that support our continued growth.
What You'll Do
- Supporting our consultancy team with administrative tasks
- Raising invoices and assisting with financial administration
- Managing consultant diaries, meetings and Water Safety Audits
- Maintaining and improving business systems and processes
- Supporting project tracking and workload planning
Requirements
- Previous administration or business support experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience within consultancy, professional services or financial administration would be an advantage, but is not essential.
