We’re looking to recruit a practical, safety focused Maintenance Operative to support the servicing, repair, and upkeep of our subsea rental equipment. This is a hands on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in bringing equipment up to the highest standard, including minor repairs and remedial painting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Service, repair, and maintain subsea baskets, lifting equipment, and offshore assets
  • Remedial/touch up painting of subsea equipment (a key part of the role)
  • Fault finding and repairs, including minor fabrication and welding
  • Support with pre mobilisation checks and equipment certification
  • Maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, and repair records
  • Work to strict health & safety and industry standards
  • Manage tools, spare parts, and consumables

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in maintenance, ideally subsea or offshore lifting equipment, including remedial painting
  • Knowledge of baskets, frames, containers, slings, and shackles
  • Proactive, safety focused, and able to work independently
