We’re looking to recruit a practical, safety focused Maintenance Operative to support the servicing, repair, and upkeep of our subsea rental equipment. This is a hands on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in bringing equipment up to the highest standard, including minor repairs and remedial painting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Service, repair, and maintain subsea baskets, lifting equipment, and offshore assets
- Remedial/touch up painting of subsea equipment (a key part of the role)
- Fault finding and repairs, including minor fabrication and welding
- Support with pre mobilisation checks and equipment certification
- Maintain accurate maintenance, inspection, and repair records
- Work to strict health & safety and industry standards
- Manage tools, spare parts, and consumables
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in maintenance, ideally subsea or offshore lifting equipment, including remedial painting
- Knowledge of baskets, frames, containers, slings, and shackles
- Proactive, safety focused, and able to work independently
