We're now looking for an enthusiastic, personable and ambitious Sales Consultant to join our growing team at our newly renovated Hatton Garden showroom. This is not a traditional retail sales position. You'll guide couples and individuals through one of the most important purchases they'll ever make, helping them understand diamonds, gemstones and bespoke design while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll work closely with our design team, managing enquiries from initial contact through to final collection and ongoing aftercare. Conduct private client consultations in our appointment-only showroom. Respond to email, phone and online enquiries professionally and promptly. Maintain excellent CRM records and client communication. Support showroom presentation and ensure every client receives a five-star experience. Occasionally assist with social media content and client photography. This role is suited to someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and providing an exceptional luxury retail experience. A minimum of 3 years' jewellery sales experience. Must be available to work Saturdays. A consultative, relationship-led sales approach. Good computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems. A genuine passion for fine jewellery, diamonds and exceptional customer service. 35,000–£42,000 DOE + Performance Bonus + Company Pension ~ Full diamond and bespoke jewellery training. ~ Beautiful newly renovated showroom in the heart of Hatton Garden. ~ Genuine opportunities for career progression as the business continues to grow.
