We are hiring a Performance Creative Lead to scale and optimize creative systems across a high-performing team of editors, designers, and strategists. Your mission is to double creative output and drive measurable improvements in ROAS, CTR, and campaign profitability. This isn’t a brand or visual identity role. We’re looking for someone with a performance marketing brain and a creative engine who can lead creative operations across 400+ weekly assets, drive UGC/ad pipelines, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with media buyers.
What You’ll Own:
- Build and scale high-output creative pipelines (UGC, static, video)
- Systemize SOPs, workflows, and QA processes to double weekly output
- Collaborate with media buyers to test, optimize, and evolve ad creatives
- Lead a multidisciplinary creative team (editors, designers, strategists)
- Ensure alignment of all assets to performance goals and audience intent
- Own performance tracking of creative (ROAS, CTR, CPA benchmarks)
- Utilize tools like Frame.io, Notion, Slack for async execution and reporting
