We’re looking for a Creative Director (CD) to lead and scale a team of 10+ talented editors, designers, and content strategists. The mission: Double our creative output from 200+ to 400+ assets per week (videos, UGC, static) in the next 60 days, while working closely with media buyers to hit a 1.8–2.0 ROAS across campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full creative process—from ideation to delivery—across 400+ weekly assets
  • Build and optimize SOPs, systems, and workflows to scale output
  • Manage and mentor a creative team of editors, designers, and strategists
  • Partner closely with media buyers to continuously test, iterate, and optimize creative
  • Champion performance-focused content across video, UGC, and paid media
  • Use tools like Notion, Slack, and Frame.io to streamline collaboration

  • Proven track record of doubling creative output (e.g., 100 ➜ 200+ assets/week)

  • Hands-on experience with video and UGC-first pipelines
  • Organized, efficient, and deeply collaborative—comfortable owning systems and output
