Full Time Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm

Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with an illustrious and noteworthy School based in Nottingham. This exceptionally coveted position offers the opportunity to work term time only in an inspiring and welcoming environment.

The successful School Receptionist will provide a professional in person front of house service whilst supporting on a variety of administration tasks. This is a superb opportunity for someone with Reception or Customer facing experience to become an advocate for the school as the first point of contact.

What will the role involve?

  • Meet and greet visitors, pupils, parents and stakeholders to the school
  • Booking training courses and making travel arrangements
  • Inputting student data into a bespoke system
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and take minutes/notes
  • Manage diaries for the Deputy Heads
  • Assist with the co-ordination of trips and excursions
  • Act as fire warden and help prepare for after school clubs

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a people facing position, reception, Customer Service or similar
  • Confident MS Office skills including Word and Excel
  • Superior communicator with natural interpersonal skills
  • Emotional maturity with a common-sense approach
  • Smart and smiley character
