Location: Derbyshire
Contract: Temporary (exp. 3 months)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00-5:30, Saturday 9:00-16:00
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a leading local, independent Estate Agent in Derbyshire.

Duties will include:

Liaising and maintaining excellent relationships with both Vendors & Prospective buyers
Booking valuations, arranging viewings & negotiating offer
Photographing properties & creating virtual tours, using Giraffe360
Progressing sales, updating both Vendors & Purchaser
Making solicitor & mortgage referrals
Working to deadlines What are we looking for?

Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within the property industry
Enthusiastic & polite individual with excellent organisational skills
Someone who enjoys working with the public and thrives in sales roles
I.T Literate – with the ability to use CRM systems & photography equipment
Access to your own transport (mileage expensed)
Additional information – This role is a temporary contract with an immediate start, expected to last 3 months to cover a busy period. This role has scope for commission in addition to the base salary.
