Harper Recruitment Group is working with a fast growing leader within the professional services sector. We are looking for a superior Executive Assistant/PA to provide crucial support to the CEO. This is a key role acting as the main point of contact for clients and colleagues, managing a busy diary and ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for meetings while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
What will the role involve?
- Supporting the CEO with PA duties including diary management, meetings and logistics
- Act as the main point of contact for the CEO both with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting packs, reports and documentation
- Meet and greet clients onsite
- Coordinate the CEO's daily/weekly movements and arrange travel
- Maintain accurate client records and systems
- Contributing to a range of exciting individual projects
- Support client communications, meeting arrangements, and service delivery
- Create and amend a variety of documentation and reports using bespoke system
- Occasional support as required by the MD
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a PA/EA role or similar essential
- Superior organisational ability
- Highly organised, excels when working under pressure
- Comfortable working to pace
- Technically astute
- Experience working in the corporate sector essential
- Exposure of working within a fast growth complex organisation advantageous
