Data Entry Specialist\\n£18 per hour\\nRemote \\nContract: Temporary to permanent\\nMonday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM\\nStart Date: ASAP \\n\\nWe are seeking 5 detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to support our Client's business development team in the hospitality industry. This is a role combining light telesales and data entry, so the successful candidates must be organised, detail-focused, and confident speaking to businesses over the telephone.\\n\\nDuties will include:\\n\\nCollecting and inputting accurate business contact information into the company's CRM system\\nUsing the dialler system to contact businesses via phone to verify and update key data points\\nOrganising and categorising business data to make it easy to understand for the Business Development Team\\nMaintain up-to-date records of all communication with businesses on the CRM\\nAssist in generating and updating reports for business development and sales tracking\\nSupport light telesales activity to qualify and engage prospects where appropriate\\nSkills/Experience Required:\\n\\nProven experience within a data entry or administrative role, preferably within the B2B or hospitality industry\\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy \\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\\nConfident in making outbound calls and verifying business data over the phone\\nAbility to work independently in a remote setup and as part of a team\\nPrevious experience with data entry in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot\\nFurther information\\n\\nThis is a fully remote role, and you will be given access to dialler software and CRM tools\\nFull training on systems and processes will be provided, with ongoing support\\nThis contract is temporary for 12 weeks with the potential for a permanent placement\\nApply NOW to avoid disappointment!\\nUnfortunately, we are unable to contact all candidates due to the large volume of applications we receive.
