We’re looking for a confident Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clients organisation and keep the office running smoothly. The successful candidate must be available to start immediately. Key responsibilities:
- Managing the main switchboard and directing calls with efficiency and professionalism
- Greeting all clients, visitors, and staff with a warm, positive approach
- Overseeing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are always prepared and presentable
- Handling post: franking outgoing mail, distributing incoming post, and scanning items into the system
- Providing refreshments for clients and staff during meetings
- Providing all around office admin support
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role; Reception or Admin role essential
- Exceptionally well‑organised with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive and happy to take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable using office systems and handling administrative processes
