£22.5k Basic, 30-35k OTE Permanent West Bridgford Mon - Fri 8:45am to 5:30pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays 9 to 3.

Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful Independent Estate Agents business based across Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join the team in North Nottingham, where you will play a key part in their success.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage sales from first enquiry through to completion, arranging viewings, handling feedback, and keeping everything on track.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, understanding what they need and guiding them through each stage of the process.
  • Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcome while keeping deals moving and ensuring both sides feel confident.
  • Generate new business, keep clients updated regularly, and provide a high level of service throughout.
  • Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and surveyors to make sure sales progress smoothly.
  • Stay organised with enquiries, compliance, and database management.
