This is a high impact role with our client in Nottingham, who is looking for a driven Lister / Valuer who thrives on winning new business, building relationships, and growing market presence. You’ll be securing new instructions, delivering accurate valuations, and ensuring every property is launched to market with maximum impact. Key Responsibilities
- Win new instructions through proactively sourcing, pitching, and securing new residential listings across Nottingham
- Conducting accurate property valuations & converting them into instructions
- Building market presence & visibility in key areas through networking, canvassing, and local engagement
- Overseeing floorplans, photography, descriptions, and online listings to ensure every property stands out
- Deliver exceptional service to vendors, guiding them through the full sales journey
- Showing Competitor & Market Awareness, staying ahead of local trends, pricing shifts, and buyer demand
- Maintaining accurate records, forecasts, and follow-ups to maximise conversion
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who is ready for their next position in residential estate agency, ideally in a Lister / Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator role
- Strong track record of winning instructions and converting valuations
