Key responsibilities:
- Managing the main switchboard and directing calls with efficiency and professionalism
- Greeting all clients, visitors, and staff with a warm, positive approach
- Overseeing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are always prepared and presentable
- Handling post: franking outgoing mail, distributing incoming post, and scanning items into the system
- Providing refreshments for clients and staff during meetings
- Providing all around office admin support
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role; Reception or Admin role essential
- Exceptionally well‑organised with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
