This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, securing sales, and ensuring smooth property transactions through to completion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers, sellers, and prospective clients
- Managing and responding to new enquiries
- Maintaining accurate customer records and registrations on the CRM system
- Arranging and coordinating property viewings, ensuring diaries are efficiently managed
- Understanding buyers' needs and matching them with suitable properties
- Negotiating offers and securing successful sales
- Carrying out financial and credibility checks
- Generating referrals to in-house mortgage and conveyancing services
- Progressing sales from offer accepted through to completion
- Building strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and all parties involved in the chain
- Keeping clients fully informed with regular updates throughout the sales process
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting the wider team with general office administration
- Contributing positively within a busy, target-driven office environment
What We're Looking For
- We're looking for a motivated and customer‑focused property professional who can confidently manage both the sales and progression aspects of the role.
- Previous experience within Residential Property Sales, either as a Sales Negotiator, Sales Progressor, or a combined role
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive, organised, and solutions‑focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills
- A collaborative team‑player mentality
- A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
