As a Recruitment Consultant you will inherit a well-established client base and provide high‑calibre permanent or temporary staffing solutions. Whether you are a self‑starter or new to recruitment, you will receive the training and support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities- Registering and interviewing new applicants to ensure the Harper calibre is maintained
- Matching candidates to vacancies based on skills, experience and cultural fit
- Visiting clients, building rapport and strengthening trusted relationships
- Promoting Harper Recruitment Group as the first choice for recruitment and staffing solutions through phone contact and targeted campaigns
- Updating and maintaining the CRM to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Achieving targets through a quality‑led service
- Providing a consultative and informed service to clients and candidates
- Competitive basic salary based on experience

- Hybrid working with 2 days per week from home
