Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful wholesale products business based in Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead a team of three Ecommerce Executives and oversee all ecommerce activity, including product listings, marketplace management, digital optimisation and online trading performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is confident working closely with warehouse, marketing and operational teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of three Ecommerce Executives
  • Overseeing day-to-day ecommerce operations across multiple platforms and marketplaces
  • Managing product listings, digital content, pricing accuracy and promotional activity
  • Monitoring online performance, conversion rates and customer behaviour
  • Ensuring product data, imagery and descriptions meet brand and marketplace standards
  • Supporting product launches, campaigns and digital trading plans
