An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join the team, where you will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll systems, and supporting managers with HRIS and payroll processes. This is a full-time, office-based role offering excellent exclusive staff benefits and discounts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and processing payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Preparing detailed payroll reports for management, finance teams and audits
  • Producing statutory reports for HMRC and pension providers
  • Completing monthly payroll audits and supporting year-end reporting (P60, P11D)
  • Validating timesheets, overtime, bonuses and deductions
  • Ensuring all payroll activity complies with GDPR and data protection standards
  • Administering People XD Payroll and Workforce Management modules
  • Providing training and support to managers on payroll processes and HRIS functionality

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration or coordination
  • Bookkeeping experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
  • Excellent accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
  • Experience using HRIS systems such as People XD is advantageous
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold data security standards
