We are seeking an experienced lettings professional to support the effective management of their property portfolio, ensuring a seamless and professional service for both tenants and landlords.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring assets are well maintained and tenants enjoy a positive living experience.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving issues with empathy, fairness, and efficiency.
  • Ensure all managed properties comply with current housing legislation & safety.
  • Manage rent arrears, serve and process relevant Section Notices, and provide guidance in line with current property legislation and best practice.
  • Effectively prioritise and organise a demanding workload, maintaining accurate records, databases, and Excel-based reporting systems.
  • Develop strong partnerships with contractors and service providers, ensuring maintenance works are completed promptly and to a high standard.
  • Support business growth by delivering exceptional service.
  • Consistently provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a solution-focused approach.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, responding to enquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and property inspections, liaising with contractors to ensure quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage end-of-tenancy procedures, including deposit negotiations and claims, ensuring full compliance with current legislation.
  • Foster long-term relationships with landlords and tenants alike, delivering a reliable, responsive, and high-quality property management service.

Who are we looking for?

  • Solid experience within a lettings role (Residential).
  • Experience managing relationships with Landlords & Tenants for a varied portfolio.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service & time management.
  • Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle.
  • ARLA-Qualified.
