£30,000k Permanent Ilkeston (onsite) Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm (4pm finish on a Friday)

Are you an experienced HR Coordinator looking for the next step in your career? We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing, people-focused business where you'll gain exposure to all aspects of HR while supporting multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR support, managing employee queries and assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and payroll administration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line HR support to clients, managing shared HR inboxes and ensuring all queries are handled promptly
  • Supporting with the implementation of new HR systems for clients
  • Supporting with end-to-end onboarding including preparing contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Co-ordinate offboarding processes including final pay calculations, holiday calculations, letters and exit interviews
  • Maintaining HR systems, ensuring accurate data, completed probation reviews and verified right-to-work checks
  • Producing HR reports and management information
  • Supporting with recruitment activity from advert through to offer (coordinating interviews etc)
  • Assisting with employee relations cases including preparing documentation and note-taking during meetings
  • Supporting absence management and employee benefits administration
  • Providing payroll administration support when required

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a HR Administrator or HR Coordinator
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of UK employment law
  • Professional, client-focused and able to build strong relationships
  • CIPD Level 3 (preferred but not essential)
