Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a highly reputable organisation based in Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Assistant to join the HR department, where you will be responsible for vital HR and onboarding administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Inputting confidential information onto the HRIS system
- Providing administration support to onboard new starters
- Issuing contracts of employment and offer letters
- Obtaining references and coordinating pre-employment checks
- Processing DBS checks ensuring compliance procedures are strictly adhered to
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar HR role essential
