Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Commercial Development Executive to join our client’s management team and take ownership of developing, growing, and retaining their commercial client base. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by maximising opportunities with existing clients, uncovering new markets, and expanding the product offering. You’ll be a leader, a strategist, and a relationship builder with the freedom to make a real impact.

Permanent
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Duties
- Create and deliver growth strategies for existing and new clients
- Identify fresh opportunities, products, and markets
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Commercial Account Handlers
- Collaborate with marketing to launch targeted campaigns
- Play an active role in shaping the company’s business plans as part of the Management Team
- Ensure FCA compliance, accurate quotations, and smooth interdepartmental communication
