They are now seeking a Management Accountant to join the finance team and take on a more hands-on role in month-end close and internal management reporting.

The Role

This is a core finance position, reporting to the Finance Director. • Produce management reports and dashboards that track revenue, production spend, and operational KPIs
  • Support audit and tax compliance processes
  • Work with operations and production teams to track project and portfolio performance against budget

What we are looking for

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • 3+ years of experience in a management or corporate finance role
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, financial modelling, and accounting systems

  • Clear communicator who can explain financial performance to non-finance stakeholders
