Harper May is partnering with an established UK health and nutrition business based in Reading.

The Head of Finance will be the first senior in-house hire, reporting to the CEO, and will own month-end, management accounts, reporting and strategic planning as the business scales.

The role offers a hands-on remit to build robust controls, bring outsourced reporting in-house, lead budgeting and cash flow, and partner with commercial teams on P&L and unit economics.
